Most of Pakistan’s distribution network, and most of the buildings hanging off it, are unmeasured at the point where the waste actually happens — the feeder, the transformer, the individual unit. We design the hardware, write the firmware that runs on it, and build the platform the readings land in.

The company
Enercon Digital is an energy-technology company based in Lahore. The vertical span is deliberate: our buyers' problems sit in the gaps between a meter vendor, an integrator and a software supplier, and those gaps are where projects stall.
Design and source code are held in Pakistan. For a utility buyer handling revenue-critical data under Government of Pakistan governance expectations, that is not a marketing point — it is a procurement condition.
